Neon Encounter collects nothing.
No account, no analytics, no advertising, no code from other companies, and no network requests at all. The game works with aeroplane mode on.
The game
Nothing. The app does not collect, store, transmit or sell personal information. It contains no analytics, no advertising frameworks and no third-party tracking code, and it makes no network requests at all. It works with no signal.
This website
The site counts anonymous page views, using Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, builds no profile and does not fingerprint your device, so it cannot tell who you are or recognise you on a later visit. It records which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of device — nothing more. We use it to know whether anyone is reading this. It runs only on the website and is not part of the game.
Your game progress
The nights you have completed, your high score and your settings are saved only on your own device. They never leave it, we cannot see them, and deleting the app deletes them.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We do not see or store your payment details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. The game collecting nothing is a design decision rather than a temporary state; if that ever changes, it will be said here plainly and before it happens.
