I lost my progress: Progress is saved on your device only, so deleting the app deletes it, and it does not move to a new phone. Cloud save is planned for a later update.
The game is too hard: Settings has Auto-Beam, which fires the beam for you when you hover in place, and a left-handed mirror for the beam button. Any night you have reached can be replayed from the Story map.
Does it work offline?: Entirely. The game makes no network requests at all, so it runs perfectly in aeroplane mode.
Will there be an Android version?: Not at launch. If enough people play it on iPhone, it is the first thing that gets built.
I found a bug: Please send it. Your device, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened is enough to work with.
